As if a family of 5 wasn't enough, a family of raccoons decided to call our attic home...i love animals but raccoons? Definitely not....
took about a month to get them out (and no, i never thought i'd have a "trapper" on my personal payroll, and just got the bill for the clean up...$15k! welcome to the world of home ownership 
you might be wondering why we didnt have a home inspection prior to purchasing the house, as it would've been obvious to the inspector that there was a family of raccoons in the attic, well, we did...we used a company called tauscher cronacher...you can draw your own conclusions...but i wont be using them again
