Just need to clear the air...there's been a lot of confusion and i've been getting a lot of questions about long island and domestic hostages based on this recent story.
people want to know if allison and i are also locking people in our basement, etc...
For the record, i am really concerned about this growing trend, and i have never been involved in such craziness....i will do my civic duty out here on long island though, and as i walk around whole foods or nordstrom, will keep my eyes and ears open for others who may have a few people locked in their basements....
there are also some rumors out there that those that were in the basement lost a lot of weight, which out here on the island is central theme to daily life....i would expect the "long island basement diet" to hit stores in time for Hanukkah
